ram cummins oem known issues for many years with NO changes to their engineering laid the path to DG's Pro TECH. these premature OEM failures cost us a lot of money to repair with better aftermarket options as offered by DG's. i was looking for a second experienced review outside of the dealer network, which up to this point had exclusively looked after this truck. all maintenance and recommended fluid changes were completed. unfortunately the dealers have a different agenda. i was lucky to find DG's Pro TECH. the known potential engine destroying grid heater bolt/nut issue was replaced with a better designed aftermarket part as recommended. Tyson and the team did what they said they would do and also with their real world experience offered up very good advice on how to keep the engine cooling system healthier going forward. thank-you.

I’ve got a 2012 6.7 that’s been bouncing around to all the shops in my area and after about a year of not having any luck with the work done I finally discovered DGs. Wish I found them a lot sooner. Within no time they had the motor swapped and truck ready for work. They have the best form of communication I’ve ever received from a shop. Loved everything from the quote to the final bill. Had everything done within a reasonable time with no excuses for anything. So, if you’re torn apart about where to take your truck I’d highly suggest going to them. I will definitely be using them for all my trucks needs from here on out.

Thanks for getting my eco diesel up and running after the dealer made a mess of the valve cover injector egr bracket and other stuff while trying to unstuck a leaky injector. Saved me A bunch of money from the dealer quote which I didn't feel they could actually deliver on given the mess they already made.DGS provided a detailed quote and kept me updated throughout and only did what was needed.

Highly recommend DG's Pro tech. Had our Duramax in (Preventative maintenance obviously since its GMC so it wasn't broken down) and the entire team was amazing! the owner even drove to pick up a part that wasn't in stock so we could get it complete and go on with our day. Their system is very organized and communicated very well with their customers which is very important and made the process that much more enjoyable. We will only be going to DG's pro tech from now on for great service, communication and for the knowledge Kyle the tech had which is very rare to come by these days. Highly recommend, 5 stars.

They also completed a complimentary inspection on my truck and alerted me to things that needed attention and eased my mind about things that don't. Dustin has probably spent close to an hour total on the phone with me personally explaining things to me, which I really appreciate. I also had great experiences talking to Tyson and Megan. I'll be back for future work that I can't handle myself.

Bringing my truck here was the best decision I could have made. Its a few years old, has a lot more KM on it, but my truck has been with them since new and its in better shape now than RAM ever thought it could be. Vehicles weren't designed to be taken care of THIS well. DGs die hard for life.

I highly recommend these guys, everytime i have brought my vehicle to them, they have been amazing to deal with. They are very thorough and know what theyre doing. They work with you and for you on every aspect and i have never gotten my vehicle back without a complete description of the repairs that were performed, and sometimes even pictures.
