Shuttle Vehicle Waiver

Before leaving

Please note the condition of the vehicle with a Service Advisor and ensure the fuel level is full.

Upon Returning

You are responsible for fuel consumption and refuelling to FULL, failure to do so will result in a fee taken from the deposit. Advise the DG’s Pro Tech team of any concerns with the vehicle.

10-day Courtesy

Please note this shuttle is scheduled for the next customer and is not for long term use. After 10 business days, there will be a charge of $49.95 plus tax per day.

Operation

The customer assumes responsibility for any damage and cost needed to repair the vehicle. The customer agrees to provide a valid driver’s licence and will be the only one to operate the shuttle.  The customer is responsible for safe operation.

No smoking. No drugs. No Alcohol. No animals. No towing. No large loads

Please call DG’s Pro Tech if you have any questions about the driveability of this shuttle or lights on the dash, or any questions or concerns you may have before proceeding to drive.

Please call North Perth Towing if you require a tow, please note this is at the customer’s expense.

Federated Insurance slip is located in the glove box.

Be advised that any Toll roads including the 407 costs are the responsibility of the customer and not DG’s Pro Tech.
