Service Advisor
We are looking for YOU to grow our team as an Automotive Service/Parts Advisor!

Previous Automotive Parts experience is required.
Job Summary
- First point of contact with service customers
- Able to perform service processes (training provided)
- Provide knowledgeable advice for vehicle maintenance
- Manage workflow with technicians
- Book service appointments with an explanation of recommended service/repairs
- Estimate parts for Shop, Retail, & Wholesale Customers
- Process Special order parts
- Maintain Inventory
- Shipping, receiving, parts returns, cores, warranties
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Computer skills
- Customers service experience
- Previous parts/service knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Able to work unsupervised
- At least 1 year in the automotive trade
